Got this baby on clearance the other day⊠He was kinda doing okay at the time but came with some brown patches on the leaves. Are these caused by thrips? If they are, could someone please suggest some effective treatments? Thank you so much đđ

I got this haworthia a few weeks ago, and itâs been doing great. But I was checking on my plants today, and noticed the leaves are browning! If this supposed to happen? If not, please give me advice! Also! It has a few babyâs around the stem, can I separate them? Or would that kill the baby.
I want to switch to a slow release fertilizer for the upcoming growing season. Who has tried these for their cacti and succulents? Which do you recommend and are there different slow release fertilizers you would recommend over these? Looking for something cost effective and easy to get but works. I want to promote blooms, but I'm not sure these do that with the lower potassium content? Please share all your fertilizer knowledge with me!
OK, now that itâs gotten a little bit bigger can somebody help me identify this plant? Some thought it was an Apple cactus but it doesnât seem to be acting like one. Photo attached If anyone knows what this is, is there anything I need to change potting wise? Right now I have it with my arid cacti, should I move it to my tropical cactus area?

Hello đ At what point do I move these various succulents props to pots? Thereâs a jade, a purple delight, and a random little guy that might be a golden sedum. Hello! Apologies if this post is confusing, whatever stage is before beginner..thatâs me!! Iâve always wanted to be a plant mom and I got gifted this Echeveria and a Watch Chain for Christmas. Wondering if thereâs any specific sign I should look for to make sure Iâm doing everything right. I just gave the watch chain a good soak (I was unsure how long ago it was last watered soil was bone dry) but what is a good method for watering the echeveria? Would it be better to submerge it underwater, bottom watering or just a normal water? Also, if anyone knows the specific type of echeveria this is thatâd be AMAZING. Honestly just looking for tips. I want to eventually get a monstera later in the year. I live in the 2nd floor of an apartment: my plants are currently in windows that face northeast. Thank you to anyone who read this LOL

Was checking on all my overwintering cacti in my pop-up greenhouse today and was thrilled to see my Mammillaria bombycina (?) giving me two new pups! I've had this guy for 8 maybe 9 years now. Got him when he was just one small cactus about 3 inches big. Looks like I should repot him and do a little substrate refresh.
