Is it okay for my cactus to be grouped together like this. I recently just got these in a garden display and needed to transplant. Roots are kind of small so I don’t know if separation is a good idea

Broken mug + small nursery pots = perfect spot for rehoming this succulent that had a lot of babies but also a lot of dead/dying shoots

Best way to propagate these guys? I’m so sad that I overwatered them but I want to salvage what I can, they’re 2 years old!!!

Hi there! New-ish plant mom here! I got this echeveria back in August and when I did, it was really full and dark in colour. Then I went on vacation and my friend overwatered it terribly. A lot of the leaves fell off and I had to repot it because the soil was so wet. It’s now growing back and looks a lot better, but I have a few questions: 1. I’ve done some reading and I think I need a more shallow pot that is about 2 inches wider than the plant leaves. Is this right? 2. As you can see there’s a thick stem where the leaves used to grow out of below the leaves that currently exist. If I repot this, how much of that stem do I put below the soil? do I leave it as high as it is now? 3. There’s a little growth on the side that looks like a “pup” of “offshoot” can I clip this off and plant for propagation? Thanks in advance plant gurus!! ♥️🌱🪴

Cactus community! Whats a fast growing cactus that can be bought in stores? Is a trichocereus cactus fast growing?

Carrie

Hi all, I recently saved this plant from a green house and was wondering if if I could get tips on how to fix him up as the stems are looking very sad

Lots going on over here, including plants I forgot to add and put on a schedule oof. Dark green is the new theme in cactus, and I’m super duper back on a mimicry vision. I even bought seeds - that aren’t Lithops, but that Micro Landscape Design shop sent seven baby Lithops, so there’s that. I believe I have near 30 of those at this point ack.
