I haven’t been awesome with plants for a long time (changing that now with Planta and y’all’s help around here). However one plant that survived through it all was a little cactus that was gifted to me in 2010/2011. It moved numerous times, been neglected, lived indoors, outdoors you name it. However, one day (seemingly overnight) this happened. Obviously it’s beyond recovery and maybe it was just her time to go, however, I am curious as to what may have happened? I mourned this one more than the others. 😢

Do you think they’re all getting enough light? I have windows open always with indirect sunlight and other light sources on too.

Is my zebra plant growing abnormally? It’s in a bit of a shady spot so I’m wondering if it needs more light and a bigger pot.

On my jade plant it had some kinda red lines on the edges, is that normal?

My native succulent pots☺️ I wish the Oregon stonecrop was doing better in that first pot, though.

Turtle Vine: Lisa here wasn’t watered for maybe 2 weeks 😔 I’ve gotten back on my routine but I’m noticing some brown leave which I’ve been pinching, stems are more purple, leaves are darker and not as plump. Couple questions… 1. Is it from the neglect or does she need to be repotted? 2. When propagating is the turtle vine plant made up of a bunch of stems potted together or one? Has her since February.

Two little “toes” fell off my ganzhou this morning. Can I propagate them or are they just dead?

I was given this cactus a few months ago and the bottom part of it is brown. Any idea what is going on with it?

Hi there! I am hoping someone can help me identify these three succulents. They were a gift for Mother’s Day. The app simply says “Jade plant’ for all three 🤔

My aloe is dying and I don’t know if I’m underwatering or overwatering, not sure if it’s because of a whole different reason altogether either Please help

I was gifted this trio several weeks ago. When I got it it was super dry. I’ve never watered it. But the jade plant is looking textured/leathery. May it be underwatered? I am new to succulents. Also, should these be divided into 3 plants for better health? Lastly, does this look like mealy bugs (white spot, second pic)?

I caught the succulent bug...never had one until a year ago and seeing it grow bigger made we want to get more. I went a little overboard, but ❤️ how my new planters turned out

I’m trying to figure out the best set up for 3 of my plants. My lucky bamboo, my marble queen pothos, and my narrow leaf chalkstick. They are all near an east facing window, so they don’t get too much sun but they also aren’t in the shade. I bought a grow light for direct sun for my chalkstick. My question is where should I place my other two? I know they both like indirect light. Here are two pictures of different locations I can put the pothos and the lucky bamboo so you can see where the window and grow light are. Any advice would be appreciated!! Would one like the grow light more than the window? Would they both like it? Kinda just trying to create the best set up for them to survive!
