My two new succulents I rescued today🥺 I almost positive the one on the right is a jade plant but I’m unsure if I’m correct with my assumption that the one of the left is a Crassula “Garnet Lotus”? My plant identification app suggests it’s a “propeller plant” but it looks more like a garnet lotus? Any advice welcome:)

My aloe is flowering!! Which means I have to take extra great care of her to ensure she blooms beautifully. About half a month ago (before the bud formed), I moved her to this corner, which has much less light than the window she used to be in. Do you think I should move her back or keep her here? I don’t want to ruin whatever is/was making her happy. Agh the pressure is on

What do I do with this gal? I need a taller hanger so she isn’t on the ground, that’s why she’s wrapped up. Snip and dip? Are the pink ends for flowering? And why is the tip getting so green on the other one? Is that good or bad

I just took these photos to send to a friend so I thought I would also share them here. Two baby pictures and two current pictures of two of my very favorite plants. The first one is Shrek but I haven't found a good enough name for the climbing aloe yet. Any suggestions?

I bought this string of tears two days ago at a garage sale and while I am pretty damn good with plants I have never cared for one before. Any advice on how to help it grow fuller and longer other than propagating? Or is that just the way to go? I put it in a good pot with some fresh mix today so thats why he looks a bit sad

I bought this cutie from one of the overlord stores on Thursday. He was the healthiest looking of all the dried up amputee succulents. I repotted him today and watered him today. So of course Planta says the last time I watered him was Tomorrow. Now if Planta could tell me the winning lottery numbers too then it would be well worth the yearly membership.

My Calico kitten is blooming flowers. I am new to plants. I have heard that blooms take energy from rest of plant. Should I cut them off or leave them? Thank you

Low-key not joking but I think I need help 😳. I am way too addicted to PalmStreet auctions. Just got these 33 succulents and cacti in yesterday. They are mostly 2-inchers so at least they were cheap. I also won several giveaways, so there is a repeat or 2 in there (such as 2 PVNs). I currently have 10 more on order 👀. I decided I don’t have enough willpower to watch an auction and not buy, so I can’t even open PalmStreet anymore 😂.

I’ve had this little guy for two years and I can’t figure out what is going on with him. You can see in the photo on the left he shriveled up compared to when I first got him on the right. Did I overwater him at some point? The soil was old so I repotted two weeks ago.

I’ve had this guy about a month. These two babies are growing quick! Would it be best to remove the two bigger ones to make room for the babies? Will they naturally move to make room? What’s the best way to handle this?

Here’s a peek into my outdoor plants who all have another month before I have to bring them out of the insane heat I get coming off the courtyard. Sadly, over half of those in the cage with the screen - and those in the yellow cart - had mysterious bug and otherwise hindered growth issues. Yes, two are amazing little Copiapoa, and I just couldn’t admit defeat without giving them the summer to think about life. Note that I’m still growing Wolf Lichen (wooden box underneath the white plant stand/IKEA shoe rack). It’s quite simple.

Hello! In the past few months I’ve gotten quite into succulents and for my birthday a friend of mine gave me a pot with three succulents in it today. The one pictured I’m not so sure about, looks like it hasn’t gotten much light in the past causing it to etiolate. Wondering if anyone can help identify it. Almost looks like echeveria with the slight red tips but the leaves look a little too thick and rounded. Any help is appreciated!

Can anyone help tell me what specific species of cactus this is? The Planta scanner has given me three different options now…thanks!

My succulents are growing really long and have all of this brown at the bottom. I can’t imagine this is normal. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
