Little before and after here on my friend’s succulent. She hasn’t watered it in over a week. Any advice? She’s going to repot it with new soil but any other tips would be appreciated!

Iwetmyplants🌱Definitely looks like too much water, the substrate looks really dark like it is still wet. Is it sitting in water inside that container?
