I found a spider friend on my monstera and just wondering if I should do something about it? I spray my plants with neem oil weekly rn due to a philo having some fungus issue 😅 also idk how to propagate my button plant. any ideas are super helpful!

For the spiders I recommend manually removing any you see. I can’t see the picture very well but if there aren’t spider mites or any pest that could harm your plant it should be fine. You could also wipe your plant down with neem oil or castle soap to remove any spiders that are hiding or eggs. For your string of buttons plant you have a few options for propagation. First you could chop the top of the plant off, chop the new growth off, or take a few of the leaves off. The first two being the easiest to do. Then let them air for 1-2 days. Lastly put them in water, leca, or well draining soil (if you do this one put something over the propagation to trap in humidity. I hope this helps! Feel free to ask me if you have any other questions.

Thank you so much! I’m gonna have to do that! What do I do about the string of button babies? Can I pluck those off and put them in soil?

You can totally do that I recommend putting a ziplock bag over the pot to trap in humidity which will help them grow a bit faster. You could also try putting the bottom parts of the babies in water as another method of propagation.
