I think it’s got to much water. Check her roots and see if they feel slimy. Cut off the damaged area and put in dry soil. This may save her?
0 LikesAlright, thanks!!!
0 LikesThey also love grow lights, or at least mine do. I’m not a pro, but I’ve killed many because I love to water. Succulents love dry conditions and good light. Hope this helps
0 LikesAh I see, thank you so much!
0 LikesThe plant is overwatered and lacking light. It’s an echeveria but difficult to figure out which one. I can tell it’s overwatered because of the leaves. If you don’t change the soil asap and put it into a much faster draining succulent soil, it will be no saving. They should only be watered when the entire pot is dry. And the leaves feel flexible.

0 LikesYour id is probably correct-Echeveria avoides (molded wax agave). I have never understood the reason for such a strange name. It is an echeveria but probably a hybrid with an agave. I may research that again. If new to succulents, check out my Planta. Echeveria, actually all succulents, are beautiful interesting plants. Some of my Echeveria pics. Have fun with them.

0 LikesThe last photo is an echeveria laulensis, right? I have the same! :)
0 LikesDamn, I think you know your stuff. That is one of my choices of what they are but still not positive. I just doubt myself sometimes. I got them very small and labeled as an echeveria. I think they are beautiful plants.
