Echeveria Lola left in low light for a month while on vacation, 1st pic from when I got back, 2&3rd pics are from ~4 days later after being under a grow light ~12hr/day, why is the stem shriveling up like that? Is this still salvageable and how would I go about that? Thanks!

This looks a bit like a watering problem?

It could be overwatered. It’s stretched anyway, check the roots, if they are rotten, just cut the green upper part of the plant, where there are leaves, and if the stem is green and not yellow, let it callous for a couple of days without soil. Then simply put it in a small pot with dry soil, adding few drops of water every next day, to promote new roots. It’s what I usually do with stretched plants who lost rosette shape.

Ok awesome thanks for the advice! I was thinking of doin that same thing with the side growth as well. Maybe I'll do what u said with both of them, will their roots fuse together in the same pot or should they be separate? And is that thick lower stem useless or is there a way to coax out new growth from it?
