Hlo, I've had this for a few years now and it's got a noticeable tilt from just general light direction is there anyway I can correct the growth or encourage fattening on the part that is concaved?

Yeah but it was left on its own for a while when I had to suddenly leave home I got it back and I'm trying to undo the weird growth
