   The new ones all are. There are some dead roots among the older ones in the pot, but the others are all doing great for long aerials. I'd wait until after it finishes flowering and then give it a repot to tidy it up and clear out the old dead roots to make space for new ones. You could also increase pot size if you prefer to have most of the roots in the bark
