I am having trouble finding my plant on the app. I tried by picture and with the name on the tag but it's never exactly like it. The leaves or branches are never the same shape. Can someone help a newby mama? First picture is about 2 months ago, second is today.

Looks like a panda paw, I think it also needs more light... It's stretching out

It does need more light, but it’s not fuzzy/furry like a panda

It’s a type of cotyledon orbiculata. Yours looks to be a specific cultivar/hybrid in that group, one that doesn’t have an ID yet on the app, so I’d try for cotyledon orbiculata for now since it’ll give the same care information for that type of cotyledon across the species. For an example, this is a type of cotyledon orbiculata that looks similar to yours, and that’s a ‘dancing queen’ cultivar under the same species. This exact cultivar doesn’t have that specific ID available on the app yet, so if I were to add it, I would leave it as a cotyledon orbiculata, as they can vary quite a bit in appearance, but all have the same care needs. Hope this helps. 😊

(And as a note, you can name your plant as a Cotyledon Orbiculata ‘Silver Peak’, which is the cultivar listed on your plant’s tag, but keep it identified as a regular cotyledon orbiculata)
