Hiii! I noticed roots starting to come out of my drooping prickly pear’s nursery pot. Normally I would think it’s time to size up but I just re-potted her from a 2” into her current 4” in April! The nursery employee said to look at her roots and see if she actually needs to size up to 6”. I would love some help determining if it’s time😂 as you can see, a bunch of her current soil fell out while taking these pics lol. she hasn’t had any issues, just minor cosmetic damage from overwatering earlier this year. Thank you so much!!!💚

    I think it’s fine for a while, the roots haven’t filled out the pot and used up more than half the actual soil volume. It might be going out the bottom to either search for airflow or to try and get deeper for more water, however it doesn’t have any signs of being thirsty from how happy it looks
