Hi everyone, I have this cactus that is growing out of control and it’s starting to lean over. I wanted to know if anyone knew how to make it straight again?

Larger pot with more heavy sand in soil to help support the weight of the plant and a metal rod would help as well. Go to Menards or any outdoor equipment store :)

Rotate the plant regularly so its not leaning towards the light. But in reality older cacti will eventually need some sort of support

Also this an African milk tree, a spurge like the poinsettia. Not a cactus, the appearance is purely convergent and unrelated to cacti.

True. I always refer to my euphorbia, incorrectly, as cacti too. It's my if it looks like a duck mentality 😆 🤣

Get a bigger pot and a taller support

This is my milk tree. Loves a northwest exposure. Also I think the tall pot helps keep it up right. I do turn it but slowly do never really leans

I find natural bamboo or those recycled plant posts are good for lanky cacti!
