Any advice for this echeveria that just won’t stop growing? I’m not sure if it’s normal for it to look like this. It sits right next to a southwest-facing window, so maybe it still isn’t getting enough light? Should I try propagating or beheading it to get rid of the legginess? If so, how exactly would I do that? I’d appreciate any recommendations!💚 (The first pic is what it looked like when I got it compared to what it looks like now)
It seems like it’s reaching for light. If you have it inside I will recommend to get a grow light for it but you might also want to cut the stocks off and repot the tips and propagate it.

Etoliating aka desperately reaching for more light. If you want you can chop but it’d have to be pretty far down before the stretching starts. You can repot what you chop directly back in the pot. Good luck!

the first pic is my echeveria the second pic is my ghost plant cutting i bought. before they start crawling they do look like echeverias but once they start crawling is how you can tell. i think yours might be a ghost plant instead 🤔
My ghost plant went through the same. See in the pictures, it grew leggy when I had a north-facing balcony with no direct sun, then when I used a grow light it took off growing at the tips, now I moved with an east-facing balcony I have cut the bare stalk and repotted the tips and now I have 4 small pots instead of one that reaches too far.
Not entirely sure yours is Echeveria. This is what my Black Prince Echeveria looked like when he was etoliated, but with how thin your stalk is, I’d be included to believe the others in that this might be a ghost plant
