    Don’t water them until you see roots, this could take a couple weeks. Patience is key!

    Honestly I threw mine in a pot just like you and genuinely forgot about it. Looked over ? Time later and have roots everywhere. I wish you luck!

    Question- I am also propagating succulents, I have the part that was attached to the plant buried in the soil. Is that recommended?

      I’d say no, if it’s a leaf…yes if it’s a stem. If it’s a leaf, it’s going to put out both roots and a baby plant from that same location and you don’t want the plant to rot. Just sit it on top of the dirt like this.
