Why is my succulent’s leaves turning yellow? Thoughts???? ***update*** I have pulled it out of the one pot and moved it somewhere else. We did have a lot of rain this week (anyone in N.C. knows) and a lot of it was when I was at work so I couldn’t move any of my plants away from the rain. They sit in a screened porch. That particular one was damaged in shipping anyway so I didn’t have much hope for it to begin with but its twin had a flower trying to bloom and still is doing amazing.

I would recommend taking a small paint brush or makeup brush and getting the dirt out from between the leaves. That can impact succulents.

      I’ll try that.

Such a good idea been trying to do it with a knitting needle and keep poking the plants.

could potentially be over or under watering!

We had a downpour for most of the day a few days ago and it’s outside in my screened porch. I moved it away from location. It could be possible that it did get too much rain.

It looks to be in a fairly large pot, so it might be a combination of overwatering and from sitting in a lot of excess wet soil. I would personally recommend checking the roots for rot, removing the yellowed leaves, and repotting it in a pot no more than 1-2 inches in diameter than the width of the root ball. Hope this helps.

That soil you have it in holds too much water. I can see the clumps even.
