Plant Killer 007

Gaston (my Gasteraloe) looks sick. He's in my kitchen receiving morning sun. I water him every two weeks. Repotted him 2 months ago, he outgrew the thepothecwasin. His leaves are wizzled looking. And he's the leaning tower, more and more every day. Not sure what to do to save him. I've had too many succulents join my plant graveyard. I'm trying not to add another. TIA.

Most likely due to over watering. Is that ice in the soil??

He kind of looks like he’s leaning over and reaching out for help 🤭

Try watering a little less, and try turning it so it gets even light on all sides because it’s leaning toward the light

Also wondering about the ice. Succulents belong in the dessert so I think putting them in the cold or adding ice would shock them and not be good for them.

I don’t think he looks too bad. Sometimes the porcelain type pots hold in too much moisture. You might try a terra cotta pot. And maybe move closer to the window. It reminds me of my hanging aloe, which does hang. When you water , do it thoroughly (no ice) and dry it out completely before watering again.

Thanks all. Yes, the small piece of ice fell on the floor out of the ice machine and I felt bad about throwing it away. Figured it could melt in the plant. I’ll try out all these tips and suggestions.
