Hi everyone, I got this echeveria a couple weeks ago and I’m noticing mold (?) on the leaves. It had two long blooms that I just cut because they were getting moldy as well. Do you know what this is? And how to get rid of it?

powdery mildew, and she looks like she may be a goner, keep it away from any other plants as it goes airborne. you can try wiping the leaves with slightly diluted rubbing alcohol, and then sometimes i wipe down with water as the alcohol will remove their natural “sunscreen” and i don’t want the alcohol to dry it out further, but in my experience at this point it’s a full blown infestation and echiveria have a lot of thin cracks and folds it can hide in

i would also add that her base looks quite yellow, a sign of root rot, which could be why she had powdery mildew
