First off, it definitely needs much, much more light.. I have never cut one back, but my suggestion is to do that and see what happens. Also, there seem to be a number of plants in there because each stem is generally a new plant the base should look like a bulb. After you get it going again, you may want to pop it out of the pot, look at it and see if you do have separate plants. If so, you’ll need to separate them. I’d save the healthiest ones and pitch the other others.
