Hi! So this succulent grew some legs! How should I propagate the stems to cut it back? And why did it get leggy in the first place? I’ve watered it once this year. And it’s always directly in a window.

The chicks are leggy because it’s not getting enough sun. It needs all day, direct sun. That’s nearly impossible to achieve inside. Don’t have a place outside you can put it?

Once they stretch they cannot reform into a compact plant. You might be able to cut them off and see if they produce babies of their own.

Do u know what type of succulent this is? I don’t see any nodes on the stems, u could try with the leaves by seeing if they callous and bloom a baby in moist soil but I would just cut them off ur plant has a beautiful shape
