My succulent has a new growth. I need help. How can I do to reproduce them?. This is my first succulent. I've had since this spring.

    you can pluck the pups (those tiny lil plants coming in on the stem) and place in soil and it’ll root! just be sure not to water it until roots are developed and the soil is dry. they’ll use the water in the bottom leaf/leaves to grow and can rot if watered! once the bottom leaf/leaves are completely shriveled, remove and water as you normally would (when dry). you can also do this with succulent leaves, instead of taking a whole pup! just remove the single leaf after it has shriveled and produced it’s own baby plant/roots. don’t be discouraged if the first one doesn’t work as you’d hoped, some leaves will give roots, some will give a baby plant, some will give nothing! in general succulents are easily to prop in soil as long as you ignore it lol
