Still not sure what this is. The app tells me it’s one thing but it looks nothing like it. I don’t know if I should give up on this plant. I don’t know what to do. We’re building and landscaping so I can’t plant it outside so the roots along the stems can get to dirt. It’s just been stressing me out. I water when needed. Fertilize when I’m supposed to. I just don’t know.

Click Add Plant, then select the plant you want. The picture might look different, but if you scroll down, it will show you pictures of those plants that other people have posted.

I know I’ve already done that. These leaves are just so sparse I’m not sure what to do with it

It's just stretched out due to lack of light. I have a similar problem with one of mine when it's inside. I think it's properly identified, it just needs more direct light like a south window or grow light. However, if you don't like how it looks now, you might as well chop & prop. It's not going to fill out

Put another empty pot of soil next to it and pin/press the branch with the roots into it so that it makes contact with the soil. If it takes, you can snip them apart and you’ll have a new plant. 🪴

Most stonecrop is hardy down to -21°F (-29°C) and some even lower so if it was me, I’d plant it outside. My sedum is in full sun. It spreads and flowers beautifully and turns a beautiful yellow in fall.

Can turn a beautiful gold reddish color in the fall.
