I’ve had this succulent since last year and she started out small like they normally do. At this point however, she’s tipping precariously into another pot. Im not sure why or if they’re anything I can do to prevent it. Is my best bet to cut off the top and replant?

At this point I would cut the top and replant & cut the length off the stem and let it regrow a new top. I have a very strong plant light over mine so I haven’t had that problem yet.

The overhead light is a game changer for these types of succs (most types actually) I agree. Snip the cute part and set it on top of the soil and get it to the sunniest spot available — wait about a week or so to water, it should root
