Hi, Caress! I typically found that the appearance of a succulent can be deceiving. Accessing the roots is usually a more direct indicator of the health of this type of plant. If the roots appear light in color (aside from the soil on them) and feel firm, then the succulent should be in relatively good health. Roots that appear dark, mushy (or very dry and brittle), and possess a foul odor are signs of an issue. Assessing the firmness of the leaves may also be beneficial to gaging the health of the plant. For this particular succulent, the leaves should feel smooth on the surface and firm to the touch. Shriveled or mushy leaves are indicators of a plant problem. Overall, from the photo you provided the plant appears quite healthy!
