Hmmm don’t know much about them other than mine is in direct sunlight almost all the time and does okay. Maybe under-watering?

Also if you’ve had it inside for so long you need to acclimate to it being outside. Most any plant will burn if you just toss them out into the sun

Bri is right. Plants have to get used to full sun if they were in lower light environments. There are articles and videos on the steps to build up light tolerance when taking a plant into full sunlight. The damaged leaves will die off. You can cut off the worst ones leaving enough leaves for photosynthesis. You can cut off the rest after new leaves replace the damaged ones. đŸȘŽđŸ€

Thanks, Sunny and Bri! Mines been in direct sun so long, I didn’t know they had to acclimate to it. Today I learned 😁

The wilted leaves and brown color to the bottom ones is making it look more like it’s gone through shock from repotting or a change in its location, or a watering or root problem. Aside from being moved, had it recently been repotted? Here’s a few other questions to help rule out what might be troubling your kalanchoe: - what brand and type of soil was it repotted in, if it’s ever been repotted? Is it Miracle Grow? Does it take a long time to dry out? - what material is the pot it’s in? Is it self-watering or a glazed ceramic pot? Is the pot more than 1-2 inches larger in diameter than the width of the kalanchoe’s root ball? - do you let the soil completely dry out between waterings, and about how many days does it take to dry out? How long do you wait before watering it? I’m asking to try to rule out if the soil isn’t well-draining, if the pot is too large and leaving the plant sitting in excess moist soil that could lead to overwatering or rot, and if the plant is possibly being overwatered (not necessarily intentionally. If the soil is Miracle Grow brand or not meant for succulents, or it’s in a large pot, that could be what’s leading to overwatering). The other possibility is that’s it’s gone through shock from recently being repotted or moved to a new location, but I’d like to rule the other options out first in case the roots are distressed or rotted. In the least, from the looks of the leaves I would check the roots for signs of distress or rot. If you’re unsure if they look healthy or not, feel free to attach a photo of them and I’ll try to confirm if they’re alright for you.
