My Euphorbia is starting to rot from the bottom, I suppose it could be overwatering, but I don’t know what to do to save it!

chop and prop! cut above the rot with a sharp disinfected knife, and cut until there is no more rot visible. pot it in a chunky succulant/cacti mix that contains little retentitive ingrediants (i see a lot of coco coir on in your soil). the cutting should eventually root - when this happens water when soil is 100% dry. good luck!!

let it callous before potting :)

Would you suggest letting it callous naturally or spritzing it with Hydrogen peroxide once a day until it calluses?

no need to spray it with anything (other than rooting hormone but thats not nessicary)
