I’ve also been thinking of chopping this one back just bc I liked how it looked more as a shorty. I’ve never chopped a cacti tho so I’m curious as to whether I just chop & transplant directly into the medium? Any advice is appreciated.

いいね 1件After you cut, allow the wound to callous over. After the wound is callous you can place in your soil and wait for roots.

Best of luck. I look forward to the pictures in the future. I’m “rooting” for you…sorry😉
いいね 1件Sorry, you were the only one with any feedback & I’m wondering will the stump continue to grow after the cut or will it stay as is?
0件のいいねThe stump will produce new growth aka pup. This will happen from an areola. The pup, new tip will continue to grow upwards. Hope this make sense.
