   Your pictures got a lot of backlight. It’s a little hard to see, but it is it this plant. Does it look like this?

   Yes. It is very similar. I managed to find out. Apparently it is Aeonium canariense f. crestata.

   I WANT ONE!! This appears to be a mature Aeonium arboreum grown indoors. It’s a succulent native to the Canary Islands, known for its tree-like form and rosettes. Health Status I notice some of the rosettes are drooping and look a bit limp. This is a common sign of stress in succulents. Potential Causes • Watering Issues: This is the most likely cause. Drooping can result from both overwatering (leading to root rot) and underwatering. The large decorative pot may lack drainage, which is a major risk for succulents. • Winter Dormancy: Since it’s winter, your plant is likely dormant. It’s normal for it to look less vigorous and for growth to slow down during this period. Care Suggestions • Check Drainage: Ensure the inner pot has drainage holes and isn’t sitting in water. • Watering: Water only when the soil is completely dry. Reduce watering frequency significantly during winter dormancy. • Light: Its placement near a window is good for light, but ensure it gets plenty of bright, indirect sunlight.
