I am currently trying to propogate my echeveria and wondering how to water the leaves without getting the coating of them wet.

The coating doesn’t easily wash off. But, it can rub off. Lightly mist once a week or not at all. The new sprout will take moisture and nutrients from the mother leaf. 🪴🍀

0 Mi piaceI agree with Sunny. I've done this several times and they get a ton of moisture from the mother leaf. I water mine once to twice a month as long as mama stays plump. Good luck
