does this pot have drainage holes? i would also be concerned it might be a touch big, succulents don’t usually have very big root balls so even if the plant is big, the roots need a tighter space

Agreed and the soil might be holding too much water. The soil shouldn’t be wet at all. You only water when the leaves get softer, not mushy, just more pliable. Then the roots fill back up the water balloons (leaves) and dry out the dirt. Succulents store water in their leaves, not the dirt.

I’ve also had them drop mushy leaves like this if they were in a window when it got too cold at night. They can also do this if not getting enough sun.

Is it dry crumbly soil or soft spongy soil? It almost looks like peat. That would hold way too much water. If it was my plant I would dump it out to check what’s going on with the roots.

I just looked at your picture on your plant profile, and it looks like it was already stretched and struggling was not getting enough light. Looks like this plant needs help in multiple areas! ❤️ I am more than happy to help, if you want to continue conversing on this. But I’ll stop replying for now, not trying to take over the thread.😅

I would suggest you gently shake it out of the pot by holding the stem and wiggling the pot, not the plant so no more leaves will fall off. Then take a picture of the roots and we’ll see if it can be put back in this pot with different soil or needs to go into a much smaller pot. Do you have cactus soil? If not, don’t worry, succulents can go a while without water so it would probably be better off sitting in the pot with nothing than saturated soil. You can get some at walmart, target, amazon, etc.

I would definitely say more light and less water is needed!
