I transplanted my Echeveria a couple of weeks ago, but the transplant did not go as planned, and the plant got damaged. What should I do now? I came across videos of people cutting off the top part of the plant and using that to regrow it, but I am unsure if that is an option here. Your opinions would be greatly appreciated!
Chop where it starts to stretch. Then let the clipping callous over for a few days. You can repot that piece, just break off the bottom most leaves and don’t water immediately after repotting as you normally would. Give it a few days to acclimate at least. Good luck!
2 J'aime Main plant should be fine and regenerate just fine. Just be sure to sterilize your clippers before you chop with 70 % isopropyl alcohol to prevent disease etc
