Help. I bought like this. I need to repot as this does not have a drainage hole. What is the name and should it be elongated?

    I'm not an expert but this looks like my Echeveria 'Black Prince'. When succulents get tall like that it's called etiolation - it's because it isn't getting enough sunlight, so it's trying to climb upward to find it. Try to put it in a spot with full sun!

      That’s what the app called it also. Thank you. I repotted this evening and cut her down. She had two babies growing too. So excited to watch them grow

      Yay!! Exciting :) it hurts to cut them down but hopefully it will grow back nice and healthy as a result!

    This is my black knight. They are very similar but I've learned black princes have wider leaves (like shields) and black knights have longer and narrower leaves (like swords), either way, whatever it is, I hope your succulent thrive with your care ☺️
