What is wrong with my Candelabra aloe dose it have rot or what is happening?

    Looks like too much water and the soil needs to be more gritty, rocky, sandy and less than bark and peat which holds moisture. terracotta pots work best for these too

    Agree with mamarod. Everything in that pot is going to die. You’re overwatering and the soil is wrong for succulents. Don’t use the packaged succulent/cactus soil without amending it. Google “DIY succulent soil”. In order to find out if it’s root rot, take it out of the pot and check for black mushy roots.
