Plant newbie here! Can anyone tell me what this succulent is? Repotted some clippings from a friend and now there is some yellow leaves and brown spots. Can I fix this? And if so how? Help me 🥴

It looks like a golden sedum.I have one just like it. My plant has spots on it to. I don’t know if it affects it or not.

Thank you! That’s what I was thinking it was, I just don’t want to kill it. I don’t really have a green thumb 🤣

I would lightly pull it off and try to propagate the succulent ☺️ the plant seems fine but if it bothers u aesthetically this is a great way to fix it + try to grow another plant baby

coppertone stonecrop. i let mine do her wild thing — i’ve had her close to 15 years, used to be very small like yours. mine sits in a west facing window - south or west is best for these. in the winter the temp drop will encourage sweet clusters of little white blooms that look like fireworks
