Is it time to repot this guy (2” pot) and if so, do remove the pup or is it too small?

    Yea I would, but just to a 3 or 4 inch pot. Don't go any bigger then that.

      And just pluck the pup off? Can you see it?

      My experience is more with cacti, but it's just a personal preference on the look your going for. I have seen where people let them pup out and they fill out the pot and its really pretty.

      I think it's definitely big enough though if your wanting to remove it and propagate.

    I've removed and repotted pups with as few as 4 leaves, no issue, especially if they have a root started already.
