Hi! What might be my best move for these two guys on the right? The Cacti growing out of the sides are so long I’m not sure what to do with them. Can anyone help? 🌵

They are reaching for more sunlight! You should look into getting a grow light for them.

Grafted cacti like this are set up such that the top variety can't photosynthesize at all, and the bottom can't grow upwards. If they survive, it forces them to branch out sideways like that. To fix it, make a fresh cut at the top of the cacti to remove those dead grafts and leave the bottom cacti with the ability to grow upwards. Cut off the side branches and start them as cuttings (the top sections are the most likely to survive, but yours are lobg enough you can probably do two or three sections per branch.) Be sure to sterilize your cutters for everything, especially the top cuts on the main cacti because they'll be the largest open wounds. Wait for calluses to form on the cuttings (I'd expect that to take around a day since the cuts will be small), then plant them so about 1/3 of their total height is buried

Also the bottom species in these grafts is typically dragonfruit if you want to look up care in more detail
