    Looks like a bishops hat cactus maybe. I don’t think it’s dead or dormant but will grow slowly if not given enough light. I would bury it deeper.

    It’s supposed to be dormant but it’s crazy how much it shrinks! This is new territory for me so I’m learning as I go
