Be careful using those pots. Ceramic holds in moisture. Make sure there are drainage holes, and let the soil dry completely before re-watering. A String of Pearls would look good in the tallest pot.

You could also use that as a decorative pot and have an “uglier” insert nursery pot

The biggest problem you will have is avoiding rot. Most succulents have shallow roots. How are going to deal with all the soil in the bottom of the pot that has no roots to take up water. If they were terracotta it may be possible but this is ceramic. String of pearls would look good but the roots are very shallow. Even with a soil of total grit I think their time would be limited. But you could give it a try to see what happens. Consider the nursery pot idea.

I would vote putting some succulent adjacent plants like snake plants or euphorbias in there and may a pothos in one to have a viney plant in there too

Try Haworthias like zebra and use all gritty mix like bonsai jack from Amazon . They're very easy to care for. That was first thing in mind when I saw your pots.
