Chop and start a new plant.

It’s leggy and has dropped leaves. Give it more light to help. It looks like overwatering. Remove the rocks to help the soil dry faster. Let the soil completely dry out before watering again and verify it’s dry with a wooden skewer or similar. Check for root rot. Look for rot on the small plants. The pot looks too big for a succulent that size. Excess soil holds more water than the plant can use up leaving the roots wet too long which succulents hate. The pot should be about an inch wider tthan the root ball. That’s why succulents are sold with the minimum amount of soil surrounding the roots. I recommend reducing the pot size. 🍀🪴

Also keep in mind that these do die after a little bit, which is why they put out so many babies

It’s gonna flower that’s what the thing on the top is. It’s a flower. I let mine just flower. Some of those leaves will die off and then after the flowers die off, it’ll start putting out leaves up there as well. It’s really kind of cool.
