It looks like it could be over watered. Try taking it out and repotting it in dry soil and avoid watering for 1 weeks. Also try putting it away from direct sun during the dealing process the more light the more water a plant needs.

Make your soil chunkier by adding perlite, sand, pumice, whatever you can get your hands on. Cacti and succulents need good drainage so moist soil isn't causing root rot (which might be your case here.) You can find good cacti and succulent soil formulas online. Unfortunately, the pre-made soils from big box stores aren't all that great.

your plant is also drowning — stop watering it and as long as it hasn’t already started to rot, it will be ok. you only want to water when the soil is completely dry, not just on the surface i would definitely not move this away from the light source. you need that to dry it out. succulents need lots of light, and little water

I would repot with soil more suited to succulents. I personally use Perfect Plants Succulent Soil and Bonsai Jack's Gritty Mix at a 1:1 ratio. When you pull the plant out, you can also check the roots. Trim any that are rotted and make sure that your pot is the correct size for the plant's root ball.
