Echinocactus grusonii var. albispinus. I lost my mind when I saw this spectacular anomaly. I picked it up, stood away, went back, watched the Home Depot garden crew soak it, and then I went home. The following day, I did the same thing. This plant is too intimidating, but I’m happy to have seen it. I completely feel that! I saw a gorgeous golden barrel yesterday while picking up some new succs for a new/old pot. My eyes went big but then I quickly realized that I really couldn’t make the space for something so mean haha! I might take a pic if it’s still there and I find myself an excuse to go back to HD. We’re building a 16’ concrete pad for new a A.C. Insulation and garbage bins, so you know… 😜 Let’s see those shirts! 💚
