I have a few younger plants that, according to the app, prefer full sun; but I keep them in my kitchen window with partial sun. Anyone have an opinion for not immediately putting younger plants out into full sun? I also have a fairy washboard (1-2 yrs age) that has done fairly well in the window. The fairy washboard has grown quite well but is starting to brown a bit. Below is the snow prickly pair ( around 6 mo old). I fear moving it would cause it to die. Especially with summer around the corner (Arizona).

I always feel if a plant is happy & healthy, just keep doing what you are doing……even if that means leaving it in the place where it has been growing. Unless the sun direction changes radically.

I think if you’re going to move them now would be the perfect time so they can adjust to the sun as it changes through the spring and summer. The snow prickly pear would probably love it, they can grow outdoors in zones 8-11! The haworthiopsis would probably prefer the partial sun window! You’ll just need to water more in the full sun and hotter temps!

Good point. Maybe I’m just attached to seeing my old man in the window haha
