Hey there friends! I haven’t touched this little guy and left everything how I’ve gotten it-as is. I got this succulent potting mix and succulent liquid feeder (miracle grow for succulents) and was wondering how to go about repotting this jem. Not going to lie to you all here I’m just terrified I’ll do something wrong but I know it’s all part of learning! 😖 one branch looks broken off or dead whilst the rest looks like it’s doing ok..any help would be greatly appreciated! Also what should I name it? I like to name my plants lol

    There's not much you can do about it if one part is broken off, so just wear gloves and take it out of the pot and see what happens. If it separates you can plant them both in the same pot just they will have two separate Roots at systems. Depending on the condition of the roots you may have to give it a little support for several months while it gets established. I see right now you have it supported with a pen! I might take the ink out of the pen if you're going to use that. Otherwise you can go outside and find some Bush with straight branches or buy a dowel rod or any number of other things that will work as support.

      Yeah when I got the plant I saw the pen in there too..hahaha I left it because I didn’t know if removing the support it was giving would hurt it but I planned on using a wooden stake for that! Thank you so much for your advice!
