Jungle cacti are the easiest.

1 me gustaThey’re easy because they love neglect, but they’re not at the same time because they love neglect and people overdo their care (overwatering) As per recommendations, if you tell me your setup, I’d be happy to help recommend cacti that will thrive! I have mine under grow lights because a lot (not all) like bright direct light
3 Me gustaJungle cacti are typically tree climbers, epiphytes, that love humidity and needs more water than desert cacti. But, they are not high maintenance plants. Their leaves/stems hold lots of water. My favorites are Queen of the Night cactus with huge 10” lotus like blooms. They are officially Epiphyllum Oxypetalum (Night Blooming Cereus). I’ve had mine for many years. They are called heirloom plants since they can easily outlive their owners like a Hoya Carnosa. They are extremely easy to propagate from cuttings.🪴🍀

Do they have to be in full sun??
1 me gustaThey prefer bright filtered light. Mine turns lemon yellow in full sun. That’s their sun stress color. Mine is under a lattice overhead structure. So, it gets full (mild) direct sun from sunrise until about noon. Then, the patio lattice gives it half sun-half shade.
