Need some help with my Adromischus cooperi had it for 2 years now and this has just started happening

    Wow, never heard of this genus before. It’s certainly interesting looking. My guess is overwatering and/or not enough sunlight. It doesn’t have any of the typical coloration that I see in other pictures which leads me to think it’s probably the sunlight. It might be that it needs to be in direct sun in order to truly thrive, like many succulents.

    It looks like root rot. Maybe from overwatering. That’s a variegated version of a crinkle leaf plant. It appears to be not getting enough light. They need very bright light.

      it’s on a windowsill which is direct sunlight but i might try raising it up as it’s quite small so it can get more. thank you

    With the rot reaching the entire stem and base of all the leaves, it's extremely unlikely to survive. You can try to treat it with hydrogen peroxide and using dropped leaves as props, but it's probably time to start over
