Hello everyone so I was watering my cactus on Monday amd a few days after I noticed some white fuzzy stuff on the rim of the clay pot I have it in it looks like white mold but Im not sure what to do hear is a picture to see better as far as the cactus it looks ok too me I will post some pictures
It could powdery mildew if it comes of dusty and fuzzy. A commercial fungicide can kill it. It could be mineral deposits built up in the soil and clay pot from fertilizing and hard water. Flushing the soil and clay pot several times with water can help clear the deposits. 🪴🍀

I also think it could be calcium. Flush it through with distilled water, let the water run freely out the bottom and drain this minerals. If the white comes back, it’s something else.
