    How often do you water it? Wrinkly leaves can be a sign of both under and over watering in succulents.

      it hasn’t been super consistent only when i remember which isn’t very often

    I would move it to a brighter spot first. It’s easier to save a dry succulent than a wet one but I don’t see any leaves looking like grapes so try checking the weight of the pot more closely to gauge the water level.
