    I don’t think it’s eggs! I saw some of these on one of my cacti and it was just some fungus. The never hatched and don’t really seem to affect my plant. I tried to remove them but the cactus is prickly and really hard to manhandle. Nothing had happened thus far!

    This is fungi or slime mold. Neither are harmful to plants
