Does anyone know how I can save these ? I got them from a student who was going to use them for a school project but ended up not needing them.

    It looks overwatered. You can probably just cut the leaves bit off and submerge it in cactus mix, give it lots of light and wait.

      Thank you! I have it outside in my balcony & it gets direct sunlight for most of the day.

      Great! So just a new pot and rocky soil, with watering as prescribed by Planta should do it. I’ve revived and duplicated a number of succulents this way.

      Oh and cut off the root and any of the stem that is mushy before planting it.
