Good morning or evening wherever you are located! Sooooo I’ve accidentally killed two of these babies one that was thriving really well for nearly two years and then died w my move and another that I only had for a few months and quickly died. I’m trying my best to keep this one ALIVE! Please give me the best tips and tricks! I have it outside in my sunroom currently w my other succulents as that’s a recommended area but I just don’t wanna destroy another one of these babies…..

    I will admit I’m not an Echeveria pro but I have two that are doing okay. My biggest tip is every time I think it’s ready to water I wait like three extra days

      Thank you! I will try that out I think I definitely got a little water happy with them and that was my issue 😅 i got this one at the commissary for 5 bucks so decided one more try wouldn’t hurt

    They can’t survive with tap water. Distilled, rain or filtered with a Zero water filter is the best way to keep them alive and happy 😊

    Yeah overwatering can be a big problem. When I knew NOTHING about plants I over watered my succulent and the poor guy got moldy and died. I have two succulents now and they’re doing pretty good, keep yours in good light and don’t water too frequently and you should be good!

    Mine gets exclusively bottom watered, and since he’s only in a 2.5” pot rn (he’s a small guy) I gently lift him from under the leaves to check for watering “done-ness” and his dryness level. Hope yours does excellently!

    Good luck! A lot of my succulent friends died recently when I moved and I was pretty upset about it. I drove them 1,700 miles from Colorado to Maryland and quite a few of them didn’t do well after that. 😢

      I’m realizing mine are slowly starting to not thrive but it’s okay Naja we can get new ones!!! 🥲I hope both of our plant babies start acting right
